With over 40.8 million posts on Instagram using #festival and a staggering 95 million photos and videos shared on Instagram every single day around the world, it’s not surprising that a festival is one of the most Instagrammable spots to get the perfect picture! With their stand-out festival fashion, unique stages and wonderful little quirks, in no particular order, here are the 10 festivals I think are the most Instagrammable, Festivals In The World!

10 Most Instagrammable Festivals In The World

#1 Latitude, UK

Pink sheep, floating stages, neon trees, gorgeous British countryside and free flowing rivers with boarded bridges and walkways, Latitude festival is one of the most picture perfect festivals on the gram. Having gone in 2018, I can safely say that it was a stunning festival with unbelievable music, fabulous people and even better Insta opportunities!

#2 Coachella, USA

With it’s ever expanding list of A-list celebs in attendance, plus its bank busting budgets and stunning natural landscapes, Coachella is one of the most photogenic and Instagrammable festivals on the planet! Cool Camping labelled Coachella as the most Instagrammed festival on social media, which is not surprising given that a whopping 5,176,962 images or more use #coachella!

#3 Burning Man, USA

Burning Man is renowned for its outrageous festival fashion, survival style festival camping and unimaginable scenery. Held in the desert, this is so much more than a festival – it’s a community event centered around music, fire and expression. Not only is it an Instagrammers dream, Burning Man festival is a BIG bucket list festival for me, and I am sure many others!

#4 Wilderness Festival, UK

Lake swimming, boutique camping, vintage clothes stalls with glitter, feathers and fur, Sweaty Betty workouts and morning yoga, fabulous Michelin Star food and high-shelf alcohol, are just some of the fabulous things on offer at Wilderness Festival. One of the most sensational festivals I have ever been to, Wilderness Festival is a mecca for Instagrammable spots and pics!

#5 EDC Las Vegas, USA

One of the most visually spectacular festivals I have ever come across, EDC is a feast for the eyes as well as the ears. Priding itself on love, connection, community and care, it’s a festival which is more than meets the eye. Even if you don’t like EDM, dance music or #ravevibes, this festival is a must see and one of the most Instagrammed festivals on the planet!

#6 Tomorrowland, Belgium

My favourite festival of all time, Tomorrowland Festival is simply UNBELIEVABLE. The scale of the stages, decorations, annual themes, outrageous festival outfits, and once-in-a-lifetime atmostphere… Tomorrowland is one of the most Instagrammable places ever! It isn’t even just at the festival that the gram opportunities arise, the ticket chests are so special and unique, that they make the grid months before the festival even begins.

#7 Glastonbury Festival, UK

Glastonbury is the ‘OG’ of festivals! If Glastonbury was an outfit, it would be a vintage t-shirt or the jeans that seemed to fit everyone – it’s a festival staple, it’s timeless, special, MASSIVE and a pure spectacle. A 5-day festival feast of music, contemporary arts, dance, food, theatre + a huge variety of people, all set on a farm in Somerset, UK. I went for the first time back in 2019 and I wasn’t disappointed. No matter where you snap your photos, every spot is Instagram worthy!

#8 Holi Festival, India

Celebrating love, the triumph of good over evil, and the change in seasons, this festival is an explosion of colour and is celebrated by people all over India regardless of whether or not they are Hindu. ‘The Festival of Colour’ is simply breathtaking. It might take weeks to get the paint out of your hair and clothes, but I assure you, the pics will be worth it!

#9 Splendor In The Grass Festival, Australia

Splendor In The Grass festival is a feast for music, food, friends and glorious sunshine. Held in North Byron, with trees baked in Aussie sunshine and with long summer nights a plenty, this Aussie festival is one for the IG grid! It takes golden hour to a whole new level!

#10 Rhythm & Vines, New Zealand

The first festival to see the New Year sunrise, Rhythm & Vines is a once in a lifetime treasure on the festival calendar. Not only that, nestled in the beautiful New Zealand countryside amongst vines and vineyards and with the kiwi summer sun for a backdrop, this festival is an Instagram influencers dream!
