There is a new festival on the scene and it looks like an absolute thumper! Say hello to Wide Skies & Butterflies Festival: A Brand New UK Festival! Wide Skies & Butterflies Festival will be coming onto the UK festival scene in August 2022 and I want you all to be the first to hear about it!

What is Wide Skies & Butterflies Festival?

[ Press Release ]

With a capacity of 12,500, the festival promises a strong 90’s vibe and a diverse range of live music from both big names and local bands. The Levellers, Cast, and Toploader have already signed up to perform and will be joined by dozens more performers as well as comedy, the arts, equality, pride, local food and culture. It will take place in the grounds of Raynham Hall – home to the Townsend family for over 3 centuries.

One of Norfolk’s best kept secrets, and usually closed to the public, Raynham is an historic privately owned country estate located at the gateway to North Norfolk. Its unrivalled natural beauty and famously wide Norfolk skies provide the backdrop to the beautiful 17th Century Hall and provided the inspiration for the festival name – Wide Skies & Butterflies.

“It’s been a dream to put on a festival in Norfolk for all my adult life and the last 18 months have focused this into a reality.  Lockdown has made so many people realise just how important live music and culture really are to our well-being.  Wide Skies and Butterflies is about celebrating life with friends and family – something we’ve all been missing for too long. Diversity and inclusivity is really important to us at WS&B so expect some surprise artists along the way”.
